HD Repair & Welding offers a diverse range of services. The new facility enables us to accommodate very large, specialized equipment (such as the Amphibex machines), while still leaving room to service vehicles and other equipment. While meeting the growing demand for service, the company experienced phenominal growth, leading to the construction of a new 11200 s.f. building in 2008. HD Repair & Welding was established in 2002 by Dieter Schwede and his wife Helena Schwede. We have fully equipped service vehicles to provide on-site maintenance/millwright and welding services. It is used to cut the thick ice of the Red River, in conjunction with the Amphibex machines, to aid in flood mitigation services. One example of our innovation is the trencher fitted with special cutting teeth designed by Dieter Schwede. We are known for innovative solutions, high quality workmanship and excellent service.
